People exercising on reformer machines in a Pilates studio, legs raised and straps extended

What Happens in This Class

Two people in a bright room, one stretching an arm while the other observes.

Meet the machine

First 10 min. Springs, carriage, straps, and stopping points. Where to put your hands, where to put your feet.

Footwork

Roughly 12 min. The foundation of every class. Alignment first, resistance second. Light springs, lots of cueing.

Core & control

About 15 min. Slow, controlled work through the centre. We break each move down and build it back up at your pace.

Stretch & reset

Last 10 min. Long straps, gentle tempo, and a proper stretch. You'll leave loose, not wrecked.
