Get Started With Private and Semi-Private Sessions
Private, semi-private, and body alignment therapy sessions are scheduled one-on-one with an instructor. This is the page that starts the conversation — a few questions about you, so we can match you with the right instructor and the right approach.

THE CHALLENGE
Something Brought You to This Page. It’s Probably on This List.
Because something in your body has been unhappy for months, and regular workouts keep making it worse.
Because you're returning from injury or surgery, and you don't trust a group class yet.
Because you're in your sport, something is off, and you can feel it but can't quite fix it.
Because you're prenatal, postpartum, or navigating a body that's genuinely different than it was last year.
Because a physio, a chiro, or a friend told you Pilates would help, and you don't know where to start.
Because you want to work with someone who can see you and correct what you can't correct from the inside.
THREE PERSONALIZED SERVICES
Which One Fits You?
All three are booked through the form above. If you're not sure which to pick, choose your best guess (or "Not sure"), and we'll help you decide when we follow up.
Private Session
One instructor, one participant. Every cue, correction, and progression is chosen for your body. The most customized tier we offer.
Best for: injury recovery, sport-specific work, first-time reformer, chronic issues
Semi-Private Session
Typically, two to three participants share one instructor. More attention than a group class, more cost-effective than a private. A common choice for couples or training partners.
Best for: pairs, training partners, parent-and-adult-child duos
Body Alignment Therapy
A focused therapeutic session for structural imbalances, chronic tension, and postural issues. Combines postural assessment with myofascial and corrective work. Sits between physio and Pilates practice.
Best for: chronic pain, postural asymmetry, prep or recovery from other treatment
WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES
The Point Isn’t the Session. It’s What Carries Into the Rest of Your Week.
Pain That Actually Quiets Down
Not masked. Addressed at the pattern that's causing it. Chronic issues typically start to shift within a handful of sessions when the work is precise.
Movement Patterns That Hold
Corrections become automatic. The way you sit at your desk, walk down the stairs, and pick up your kids starts to change without you thinking about it.
Confidence to Move Again
After injury, after surgery, after time off. Guided sessions rebuild not just the muscles but the trust that they'll do what you're asking.
Progress at Your Pace
No class average to keep up with. No exercises that don't apply to you. Every minute of the session is chosen for the body that walked in that day.
An Outside Eye
Certified instructors, trained in postural and myofascial assessment. They see the compensation patterns you've been carrying without knowing.
Long-Term Resilience
The goal isn't a fitness peak next month. It's a body that still does what you need it to twenty years from now. That work looks different, and it starts earlier than most people think.

NEXT STEPS
Four Steps, One Real Conversation.
What happens after you submit your request.
Automatic Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirming we received your request. Nothing is scheduled yet — this just tells you we've got it.
We Review and Match
Within two business days, our team reviews your form and identifies the instructor best suited to your service, goals, and availability.
We Propose a Schedule
You'll receive a follow-up with proposed times and the instructor's name. If it works, we book. If it doesn't quite work, we iterate.
Your First Session
Wear something comfortable. No fancy gear or socks required. Expect the first session to include more questions than movement — this is the diagnostic starting point.
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
Quick Answers.
Am I committing to anything?
No. Submitting the form starts a conversation. You'll see proposed times before anything is booked, and you can decline or reschedule any offer we send.
What if I'm not sure which service to pick?
Select "Not sure yet" and describe your situation in the goals field. We'll recommend the right tier when we follow up. This happens often — no wrong answer.
Can I get an insurance receipt?
Often, yes — receipts are issued by your instructor, and coverage depends on your plan and their association. Full details on the Private Sessions page.
How soon can I start?
Setup typically takes one to two weeks. The upside of a small studio is you get the right instructor. The trade-off is that the calendar isn't instant.
