A private session is what happens when the class shrinks down to just you. One certified instructor. One reformer. One body, with all its specifics: the shoulder that clicks, the hamstring that's been tight since April, the sport you're trying to stay in for another twenty years.
It's the tier we recommend whenyour body has specifics. When there's an injury to work around. When you're new to the reformer and want to learn the equipment before joining a group. When you're preparing for something — a season, a surgery, a recovery — and the work has to be exactly right. The instructor's whole attention becomes diagnostic. Every cue is meant for you. Every correction is one you needed.

What Happens in Your Session
Warm-Up
First 8–10 min. Footwork and hip circles. Waking up the joints, not warming up for a sprint.
Build
Roughly 15 min. Resistance increases in waves. Springs change 2–3 times.
Peak
Highest resistance, fastest tempo. 12–15 min mid-class. This is where the music is loudest.
Recover
Last 10 min. Long straps, slow tempo, stretch focus. You will feel this the next day.
